Getting ThereNestled in the cliffs at 99 Cathedral Ledge Road near North Conway. Car transit is mandatory: from downtown North Conway, follow West Side Road north for 2 miles, and turn left onto Cathedral Ledge Road winding up the mountain side. The resort features its own dedicated, complimentary paved surface parking lot loops.
Travel Tips
- The mountain auto road is extremely narrow and steep, with seasonal closures due to ice from November to mid-May; RVs and towed trailers are strictly prohibited.
- Fencing is only present at primary overlooks; crossing boundary lines onto exposed granite is a critical hazard due to loose gravel and fatal fall risks.
- The ledge is a protected peregrine falcon nesting zone; strict legal bans on drone photography and specific climbing routes apply from spring through early summer.
