- There are no restrooms inside the exhibit halls; they are located outside the ticketing gates. Due to the strict one-way traffic design, you cannot walk backward to find them once inside.
- Before stepping into the massive signature ball pit, secure phones, keys, glasses, and jewelry in lockers. The pit is deep and loose items sinking to the bottom are rarely recovered.
