Getting TherePerched at the high end of Ski Way in Incline Village. Driving is straightforward: turn off NV-28 onto Country Club Drive, climb up the mountain, and make a right onto Ski Way directly to the resort’s multi-tiered free ski parking lots. Alternatively, catch the complimentary Diamond Peak Ski Shuttle, which loops through major village lodges.

- The main lodge lot fills by 9:00 AM on peak winter weekend ski days; overflow traffic is dynamically diverted to secondary remote lots linked via regional shuttle buses.

- For hardcore expert skiers seeking intense challenges, the resort terrain scale is on the smaller side, with limited black diamond runs and off-piste powder options.
- Because its peak elevation is lower than some rivals, early or late-season snowpack and quality suffer from warm temperatures, creating large patches of icy hardpack.
- The resort's dedicated parking lot is small, and lower tier lots require waiting for a shuttle to reach the main lifts. Hauling heavy ski gear onto shuttles is exhausting.
- The mid-mountain lodge dining area is cramped. During the peak lunch rush, it becomes severely overcrowded with chaotic lines, making finding an open table a real struggle.
