Downtown Container Park is an outdoor shopping mall and entertainment complex located in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The tenants are housed in metal cubes and shipping containers. The project was conceived by Tony Hsieh and his Downtown Project, a group dedicated to revitalizing the downtown area.

Best TimePerfect for families late afternoon during the cooler months. Kids can climb the massive interactive treehouse slide surrounded by shipping containers, while adults can watch the 40-foot metal praying mantis at the entrance blast fire to music after dark.
Getting ThereLocated downtown at 707 Fremont St. Take the Deuce bus to the Fremont Street Experience stop, and walk east along Fremont Street for about 3 blocks (approx. 5 minutes) to spot the iconic praying mantis outside the entrance.

- Being an open-air metal and concrete block under 110°F summer heat, the iron containers and metal play sets get blisteringly hot, making midday outdoor stays uncomfortable.
