Overview
Smash City Rage Rooms is San Jose’s premier, custom-built anger-release destruction facility and experiential wellness center designed to provide a safe environment to vent stress and bottled-up energy. The establishment equips participants with heavy-duty protective suits, full-face polycarbonate shields, and heavy crowbars or baseball bats before unleashing them into private smashing chambers. Guests are given free rein to safely break a wide array of items, including old computer monitors, glass bottles, and ceramic dishware, resulting in a physically exhilarating and strangely therapeutic psychological release.
