- The zero-fee main parking lot at the trailhead experiences structural gridlock on weekends. RVs and extended trailers are strictly banned from entering the tight loop, and parking on adjacent Bella Vista POA golf properties results in immediate vehicle impoundment.
- The rock ledges near the suspension bridge and waterfall base are constantly slick from upstream runoff and moss accumulation. Sturdy hiking footwear with aggressive treading is mandatory; standard running shoes or sandals will cause slips on the wet, limestone shelf.
- The entire trail corridor is governed by Bella Vista POA regulations, which enforce an absolute ban on recreational drone flights without prior written authorization. Hikers must stay strictly on the defined boardwalk to protect vulnerable riparian vegetation.
